What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan license: LLMSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD
• 1–2 years of experience working with trauma and related mental health issues
• Strong commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload
• Liability insurance (required for contractors)
• Preferred Training in EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, or other trauma-specific modalities
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Bilingual skills

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy to clients navigating trauma, PTSD, assault, grief, and related issues
• Create client-centered treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CPT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, etc.)
• Complete timely documentation (within 48 hours)
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards

Competitive split fee (65/35 or 70/30 based on licensure/experience) – supervision included for LLMSW
